How we work
Two moments decide whether a deployment works: the qualification before hardware is committed, and the onboarding that turns a contract into a managed fleet. Both are usually run as a queue.
Nobody is at fault. There has never been a system that could run those questions at once, against the same evidence. We built one, and how we use it is our method.
Before you commit hardware
Every project answers these eventually. The difference is week one, together, with sources — or one at a time over the following year.
The countries the hardware sits in, and whether it moves or stays put.
Which networks are reachable, and whether the radio the device needs is among them.
Permitted, capped or local-only — with the rule and the date it was checked.
Payload and interval, turned into a monthly profile rather than a guess.
Rated against the network rates that will actually apply.
Which country, behaviour and volume band move the number most.
Plastic, embedded or eUICC — and whether remote profile management is needed.

The answer
Yes and no are arithmetic. The third answer says it works, but not in the shape you brought us — and which part to change.
