About IoTo Communications

To be the operator of your IoT, not just the supplier of its SIMs.

IoTo Communications is an IoT Operator based in Copenhagen. We take responsibility for a connected estate end to end — connectivity, devices, data and cost — over tier-one network partners, on a platform we build and run.

The market is organised around components, and every seam between them is a place accountability disappears. The role this industry is missing is an operator willing to answer for the whole estate.

Who we are

What we mean by operator.

An IoT Operator operates your IoT. A mobile operator operates a network. We are the first and deliberately not the second — buying coverage from those who built it is the correct decision.

Most providers buy both halves — the carrier's connectivity and the carrier's platform, resold under their own logo. They cannot change the pricing logic, explain an invoice line or hand over an export. We buy only the first.

Three lenses on one system of record: connectivity, devices, and the fleet they serve. Not three products stitched together — which is the only structure in which one party can answer for all three.

We do not own radio infrastructure — we buy coverage from operators who do, and stay free to change it

We do not quote a headline rate that does not survive contact with a real deployment

Responsibility

Governance, data and the long deployment.

Devices outlive the contracts that provision them. A meter installed today may still be reporting in a decade, under rules nobody can yet describe.

Data protection and residency. Customer and usage data is held inside the European Union and processed under GDPR. Our platform records who changed what, when, and to which value.
Regulatory tracking. We publish permanent-roaming positions by country and update them as enforcement changes, because a deployment that stops connecting in month four is a compliance failure before it is a technical one.
Longevity by design. Standards-based provisioning and open export formats mean a fleet remains manageable and portable for the life of the hardware, not the life of the contract.
